1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It takes 24 Hours for processing all orders, and 3-4 business days to receive your product (domestic), International shipping takes a minimum of 7 to 9 business days.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, you need to fulfill the remaining payment if any. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

3. How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

You will get the tracking number within 24 hours of your order, You can track your delivery with that tracking number either with the shipping company or with us.

6. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

8. Will my items come in one package?

The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date. Combining items from multiple orders into a single package is only possible before shipping so if you placed two orders at the same time then “YES” we will combine your orders.
